Wolfgang supports customers in the development of tailored curricula and learning paths based on the requirements of customer-specific digital transformations. Wolfgang was a Senior Partner at the McKinsey & Company office in Germany, where he worked primarily in the semiconductor, optics, energy equipment, and industrial IT industries. He studied physics and electrical engineering at RWTH Aachen University, where he earned his doctorate in theoretical physics.
Founder and Managing Director
Jan serves high-tech, automotive and automation customers. His focus is on the areas of Industrie 4.0 and industrial security. Prior to founding U4I, he was Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, where he was part of the global Semiconductor Practice, working primarily for high-tech and technology clients. He has 10+ years of experience in the high-tech industry, an MBA from the University of California Berkeley, and a Diploma in physics from TU Berlin.
Wolfgang takes care of the development of innovative digital qualification concepts with a high level of practical relevance. He also coordinates various partnerships. Furthermore, he is responsible for our additive manufacturing content portfolio. As an engineer, his professional focus is on automation technology and vocational training, in which he has 25+ years of experience.
